Rectangle LED Bathroom Mirror

The Rectangle LED Bathroom Mirror is the classic partner for double vanity cabinets. The rectangle spans across both sinks. The LED strip runs along all four sides, forming a complete light frame. The lighting covers the whole vanity area. Two people can wash up at the same time with plenty of light. The mirror is 5mm copper-free silver glass with a ground edge. Color temperature options include white, warm, or dual-color adjustable. The length can go up to 1.8 meters or even 2 meters. The width adjusts to match the cabinet depth. It fits double vanities perfectly.

A 2-meter-long rectangle mirror has nearly 6 meters of LED strip around the four sides. Long strips have a voltage drop problem. The voltage at the far end is lower. The light at the far end is dimmer than at the power end. Our solution is to supply power from both ends of the strip. Current flows from both ends toward the middle. The path length is cut in half. The voltage drop problem is mostly solved. The brightness is even across the whole strip. We also use 2-ounce copper foil on the strip. This is thicker than the standard 1-ounce foil. Conductivity is better. Voltage drop is reduced further.

Large mirrors are heavy. The number and position of hanging plates matter. We use a "four-point support" layout. Four plates go near the four corners of the mirror back. This creates a stable support base. For mirrors over 1.8 meters, we add two more plates in the middle. The plates are stainless steel, 2mm thick. Each plate holds 20kg. The total capacity is far above the mirror's actual weight. The safety margin is generous. We laser-mark the plate positions on the mirror back. Installers know exactly where to drill the wall anchors.

Large mirrors are harder to edge-grind than small ones. The longer the glass, the more it shakes as it passes through the edging machine. Our straight-line edging machine has extra support rollers at the feed and exit ends. Long glass is supported from above and below as it passes through. After grinding, we check the straightness with a ruler under a light. For a 2-meter length, the straightness deviation must be within 1mm. This is stricter than the industry standard. It ensures the long mirror looks perfectly straight on the wall.
