Square Metal Frame LED Mirror

The Square Metal Frame LED Mirror combines clean square lines, a refined metal frame, and LED backlighting. The mirror is 5mm copper-free silver glass. The metal frame wraps around all four sides. The LED strip sits inside the frame. When the light is on, it shines through the gap between the mirror and the metal. Frame materials include iron, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel. Colors include gold, silver, and black. This mirror works best in modern and industrial-style bathrooms. Strong lines. Strong texture. Bright light.

We do not simply glue the frame onto the mirror. We use a slot structure. The aluminum alloy and stainless steel frames are extruded profiles. The cross-section has a U-shaped slot. The mirror slides into the slot. Corner brackets lock the four corners. The frame and mirror fit tightly. Iron frames are welded into shape. The mirror goes in and is held with sealant. The slot structure is more secure. The mirror will not loosen if the adhesive ages. And there is no glue visible between the frame and the mirror.

Iron frames get high-temperature baked paint. The frame is painted and then baked in a 200°C oven for 20 minutes. The paint is hard and wear-resistant. Adhesion is strong. Aluminum alloy frames get an anodized finish. A dense oxide layer forms on the surface. The color is even and the surface resists corrosion. Stainless steel frames get a brushed finish. A sanding belt creates even grain lines on the surface. The finish is matte with a metallic sheen. We then add an anti-fingerprint coating. These are standard processes in the industry. Our advantage is quality control at every step. Color is consistent between batches.

We recommend matching the mirror width to the vanity width. For a single vanity, choose a width of 60 to 80cm. For a double vanity, choose a width of 120 to 160cm (or two smaller mirrors mounted symmetrically). The mirror height is usually 1.2 to 1.5 times the width. For horizontal mounting, the height is lower and the width is wider. There is no fixed standard. We support custom sizes. Just give us your wall width and height. We will suggest the best size.
