Backlit LED Bathroom Mirror

The Backlit LED Bathroom Mirror is built around indirect lighting. The LED strip sits behind the mirror. Light hits the wall first. Then it reflects back to your face and the whole bathroom. This type of lighting does not glare. The light on your face is soft and even. There are no harsh shadows. The mirror is a 5mm copper-free silver mirror with a ground edge. The color temperature can be single or dual-color adjustable. The backlight effect is perfect for creating atmosphere. At night, turn off the main light and dim the mirror backlight to the lowest setting. The bathroom feels like a five-star hotel. Quiet and warm.

This backlit mirror supports both brightness and color temperature adjustment. Brightness adjusts by holding down the touch switch. Hold it and the light slowly goes from dim to bright. Release it and it stops at that brightness. Color temperature adjusts by double-tapping the switch. Each double-tap cycles through white, warm, and neutral light. For the single-color version, only on/off control is available. The dimming power supply is designed in-house. It uses PWM dimming technology with no flicker. This protects your eyes, especially when you stand in front of the mirror for a long time doing makeup or skincare.

The biggest problem with backlit mirrors is uneven light. Some areas are bright. Some are dim. We use a high-density strip with 120 chips per meter. We also add a special diffuser layer on the back plate. Light hits the diffuser first. Then it reflects to the wall. This produces very even backlighting. You cannot see any hot spots or dark areas with your eyes. We use a brightness meter to check uniformity during quality control. The brightness difference across the same mirror is within 5%.

Many customers worry about extra wiring for a backlit mirror. Installation is actually the same as a regular mirror. Just leave a power wire (live and neutral) in the wall. It is the same as installing a wall light. The LED strip and driver are already connected inside the mirror. You just connect the wall power to the mirror's power wire. Then hang the mirror on the wall. If your wall does not have pre-wired cables, we can supply a plug-in version. Just plug it into a socket.
