Free drawing services are provided before sale. Customers can view the products at no cost. For samples, if the price is low, we can provide samples for free. If the price is too high, the customer needs to bear the cost themselves. For large quantities and large orders, the sample fee can be deducted from the order fee. The freight is paid by the customer.
During the sales process, when conducting quality inspections, personnel will provide video and photo information. We support customers in inspecting the products.
For after-sales service, within 5 years, if there is damage to the electrical part causing the light to fail to turn on or the dehumidification not to work properly, the electrical part accessories can be replaced for free.
