Frameless Bathroom Mirror

A frameless mirror is the best choice for minimalist style. There is no frame to distract you. Just one clean piece of glass. Our Frameless Bathroom Mirror uses a 5mm copper-free silver mirror. We grind all the edges. From the side, you see a soft, translucent ring. It is not sharp or harsh. The grinding removes the sharp edges from cutting. At the same time, it keeps the "no boundary" look of a frameless mirror. If you prefer a shinier edge, we can also do a polished bevel. But that edge is sharper. We recommend the ground edge for safety.

Without a frame, this mirror looks very thin and light. We use hidden hanging plates on the back. You cannot see any hardware from the front. When the mirror goes on the wall, there is about a 5mm gap between the mirror and the wall. It looks like it is floating. This effect is very popular in high-end hotels and design studios. You can also ask us to make it wall-hugging. We put 3M double-sided tape around the back and stick it directly to the tile. The gap is smaller. But removal is harder.

Many people worry about sharp edges on frameless mirrors. Our ground edge process uses a diamond grinding wheel first. Then we polish with a resin wheel. Run your hand over it. It feels smooth. There are no burrs. As long as you do not deliberately hit it hard, you will not get cut during cleaning or installation. We did edge impact tests. We hit ground-edge mirrors and unground mirrors with the same force. The ground mirrors had much fewer edge chips. The grinding removes micro-cracks caused by cutting.

Before every frameless mirror leaves the factory, our inspector runs a gloved hand along all four edges. This step takes time. But it ensures you receive a mirror that is safe. House cleaners, children, and the elderly will not get hurt if they touch the edge. We once had a batch returned because of a small edge chip. Since then, we added this hand-feel test to our quality control.
